Spearheaded the effort to guide the BFF Team through their Strategic Planning  and Theory of Change Processes, respectively. As a result, they have made great strides as an organization serving Farmers of Color across NY State. 

Provide Executive and Leadership Coaching to their Instruction and Professional Learning Team to ensure staff are well-equipped to lead and support diverse staff, and meet the needs of the multi-cultural student population they serve.

Facilitated deep conversations across the team to create a 5 year Strategic Plan rooted in equity. This resulted in a shift in culture and climate, and made space for students of color to feel supported and essential in the fabric of this premier educational institution.
